How fast does my order ship?

Processing and delivery vary by item and shipping origin. Items in our Ships from the U.S. collection leave a domestic warehouse and typically arrive fastest. Available shipping options and current estimates appear at checkout.

Where do you currently ship?

We currently ship within the United States. International checkout is not available at this time.

What's your return policy?

Camp equipment can be returned within 14 days in unused, original condition. Anything that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect is replaced or refunded at no cost.

My order shipped in multiple packages — is that normal?

Yes. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers. That's expected and doesn't mean anything is missing.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before an item ships.
