Shipping policy

Summit & Silk sells camp equipment — furniture, shelters, textiles, kitchen gear, and lighting — shipped from our fulfillment partners as finished goods.

Processing & Dispatch Orders typically dispatch within 1–3 business days. Oversized items (such as tents, cabinets, cots, wagons, and rugs) may require additional handling time.

Estimated Delivery These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and peak seasons. Delivery time depends on the specific item and its shipping origin. Oversized equipment may take longer, particularly to remote areas. If you'd like a delivery estimate for a specific item before ordering, contact us at summitandsilk@gmail.com and we're happy to help.

Split Shipments Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate parcels, at different times, with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.

Order Tracking When each parcel ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate with the carrier.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order, and are shown before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address; we cannot change or reroute an order once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email us at summitandsilk@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we will work with you to make it right.
